MITEE CABLES® LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

MITEE Cables warrants that the MITEE cable product that you have purchased shall be free of any defects in material and workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original retail purchaser, subject to the limitations set forth herein. This warranty shall apply only to the original purchaser. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR SALES RECEIPT, AS IT IS YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE COVERING YOUR LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT SUCH PROOF OF PURCHASE.

Defective cables will be repaired or replaced without charge, at MITEE Cables' discretion, with a like or comparable cable by the Dealer if presented with proof of purchase to the Authorized MITEE Cable Dealer from whom the cable was purchased. Any repair or service performed by any person or entity other than MITEE Cables / MI Distributing is not covered by this limited warranty. Transportation costs are not included in this warranty.

This limited warranty is void if the product has been damaged by alteration, misuse, accident, or neglect; or the product has been repaired or serviced by persons not authorized by MITEE Cables. THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY MITEE CABLES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Any implied warranties, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, imposed under state law are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not be applicable to you.

MITEE CABLES ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM FAILURE OF THIS PRODUCT NOR ANY LOSS OF INCOME, SATISFACTION OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE LOSS OF USE OF SAME DUE TO DEFECTS OR AVAILABILITY OF SAME DURING SERVICE.

*This warranty applies only to products purchased and serviced within the U.S.A. Warranties outside this country are as defined by the authorized MITEE Distributor for your country or region, and may vary from the above in terms and/or length.

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY - ELECTRONICS

A. MITEE CABLES hereby warrants, to the original purchaser, MITEE CABLE products and its brands are to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1-Year (365 days) from the date of purchase. This warranty shall be valid only if the product is purchased within the United States of America, including possessions and territories. It is the owner’s responsibility to establish the date and place of purchase by acceptable evidence, at the time service is sought.

B. For warranty service, send the product to the MITEE CABLE factory. All shipping charges must be pre-paid. If the requested repairs or service (including parts replacement) are within the terms of this warranty, MITEE CABLES will pay return shipping charges only to a designated point within the United States. If the entire instrument is sent, it must be shipped in its original package with all of its original accessories.

C. This warranty is void if the serial number has been altered or removed; if the product is modified in any manner which MITEE CABLES concludes, after inspection, affects the reliability of the product; if the product has been repaired or serviced by anyone other than the MITEE CABLES factory unless prior written authorization was been issued to purchaser by MITEE CABLES; if the product is damaged because not properly maintained as set forth in the instruction manual.

D. This is not a service contract, and this warranty does not include maintenance, cleaning, or periodic check-up. Parts not covered by this warranty include: lamps, fuses, brushes and belts if applicable. During the period specified above, MITEE CABLES will replace defective parts at its expense, and will absorb all expenses for warranty service and repair labor by reason of defects in material or workmanship. The sole responsibility of MITEE CABLES under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of the product, or replacement thereof, including parts, at the sole discretion of MITEE CABLES All products covered by this warranty were manufactured after January, 2008, and bear identifying marks to that effect.

E. MITEE CABLES reserves the right to make changes in design and/or improvements upon its products without any obligation to include these changes in any products theretofore manufactured.

F. No warranty, whether expressed or implied, is given or made with respect to any accessory supplied with products described above. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties made by MITEE CABLES in connection with this product, including warranties of merchantability or fitness, are limited in duration to the warranty period set forth above. And no warranties, whether expressed or implied, include warranties of merchantability or fitness, shall apply to this product after said period has expired. The consumer’s and or Dealers sole remedy shall be such repair or replacement as is expressly provided above; and under no circumstance shall MITEE CABLES be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this product. This warrantee is the only written warranty applicable to MITEE CABLES and its brands and supersedes all warranties and written descriptions of warranty terms and conditions heretofore published.
